Short version: you can play against the computer without an account, and then nothing about you leaves your phone. If you choose to play with other people online, the app keeps a small player profile — a username, a chosen face, and who your friends are — and the moves of the games you play at a shared table, on Google Firebase servers we control. We do not sell this data, we run no analytics, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Single-player games against the computer need no account and no connection. The game keeps a small amount of state on your device so it behaves sensibly between sessions — a game you put down and pick up later, your settings, your chosen table name and face. This stays on your phone, we cannot read it, and it is removed when you uninstall the app.
The online features — rooms, friends and challenges — need a player identity, which the app creates through Google Firebase Authentication. By default this is an anonymous account: a random identifier with no name, email or phone number attached. Where offered, you may instead sign in with Google, Apple or a phone number; in that case the provider gives us the identifier you chose to share (an email address for Google or Apple, a phone number for phone sign-in), and nothing else.
When you use the online features, the following is stored on our Firebase Realtime Database:

This is held by Google Firebase on our behalf. Google's handling of it is described in the Firebase privacy documentation. Game records are kept only as long as they are useful for the table they belong to. Your profile and friends list are kept until you ask us to delete them.
A host can declare a table public, which means it may be shown on our YouTube channel. You are told this and asked to agree before you sit down, and you can decline and leave. On a public table your table name and the cards you play are visible to anyone watching. Your own hand is never shown.
The app includes the Google AdMob SDK and may show an occasional advertisement between games. When an advertisement is shown, Google may process your advertising identifier, device information (model, operating system, language, coarse region) and IP address to select the advertisement and limit repeats. This is done by Google, not by us; we receive nothing that identifies you. On iOS the app asks for tracking permission only if it is configured to show advertisements, and declining means any advertisements are not personalised. Google's handling of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Seep, Callbreak and MINUS are traditional card games intended for a general audience. The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an online identity in the app, write to us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be reflected in the app's store listing.
